The Romanian National Opera House Timişoara

The Romanian National Opera House Timişoara, founded in 1946, has a lyrical classical repertoire. Performances take place inthe Big Hall of the Opera House (Cultural Palace).

Very appreciated are "Timişoara Muzicală" International Festival in October and the Opera and Operetta Festival, an open air festival, that takes place every year at the end of August.
